Delicious hand scooped ice cream with tons of flavors! My favorites are Butterscotch Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter. They also have pup cups for your furry ice cream lovers. Picnic tables are in the shade of some trees for the enjoyment of families.
Katie's is a go to ice cream place. Chocolate pecan if you like them in your ice cream.
I loved the peanut butter milkshake. Even though the line was long it went fast and the staff was helpful with giving samples to try different flavors.
The food or in other words the icecream is really just icecream you would usually get, but they also have some very unique flavors! The service is quick but I feel like it's occasionally understaffed. Otherwise it's a nice environment as it's right by some trees and in a little forest.
We hit a lot of ice cream places on our vacation and this was definitely the best. My wife had the Strawberry Shortcake and Rocky Road (together) - she loved them. I had the dairy free Cookies and Cream, which for dairy free, was very good. We were on our way from Erie to Pittsburgh and it's just a short drive off I-79 and worth the trip.
